We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Ads Sales Account Manager (Google Products) in Barcelona! Purpose of the role: As an Ads Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong sales background, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, maximizing client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our advertising business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
o Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
o Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
o Utilize multiple channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and industry events, to engage with prospects and initiate sales conversations.
2. Sales Pitch and Presentation:
o Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints.
o Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
o Effectively communicate the value proposition of our advertising solutions and services to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and success stories.
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
o Collaborate with clients to develop customized advertising campaigns and strategies that align with their goals and objectives.
o Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
4. Revenue Growth and Account Expansion:
o Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.
o Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and additional revenue streams within existing client accounts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven success in outbound sales, preferably in digital advertising.
* Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* C1 level of English and native Dutch speaker.
