Currently we are looking for a Assistant Store Manager for our store in McArthurGlen, Málaga. In this role, you will be a key support to the Store Manager in managing the team and day-to-day store operations, actively contributing to ensuring an exceptional purchasing experience. You will be pivotal in customer satisfaction and loyalty, adding value to the brand and acting as a true brand ambassador for PDPAOLA.

How will your day-to-day look?

Responsibilities
* Customer Centricity: Provide premium and exceptional service aligned with PDPAOLA values, delivering a unique shopping and 360º branding experience, as customers are our greatest treasure.
* Motivate and coordinate the team and ensure achievement of targets in terms of both turnover and customer satisfaction.
* Follow-up and loyalty: maintain contact with customers by phone or written communication, inviting them to return to the store.
* Ensure the team and customers are always informed about in-store events and brand moments, and that they participate in PDP Community moments.
* Participation and support in store events and activities.
* Inform the Assistant Manager about buying trends and customer needs to report to the Product team.
* Opening and/or closing of the store.
Operational duties
* Supervision and support in Visual Merchandising tasks to ensure a premium brand image and experience.
* Support in daily tasks of organization, order, replenishment and cleanliness.
* Control and organization of order reception, returns, transfers, etc.
* Excellence in BoH (Back of House) organization.
* Ensure compliance with all store and BoH security procedures to minimize theft.
* Overall responsibility for organization, control and results of total and partial inventories.
* Identify and analyze improvement points in the customer experience, replenishment, inventory, etc., and provide feedback to the Assistant Manager.
* Ensure optimal store coverage based on foot traffic and key sales periods.
Team management
* Support the Store Manager in leading the team’s professional development to achieve store objectives.
* Motivate, train and manage the team, collaborating in follow-up and feedback meetings.
* Ensure PDPAOLA values and culture are present in the store environment.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies.
* Management and organization of the team.
Reporting
* Daily reporting.
* Support weekly and monthly reporting by providing insights on the store, the team and the environment.
* Study and monitor sales documents and KPIs.
* Monitor and follow-up hires.

How we would like you to be
* Customer-oriented, proactive and positive, with attention to detail and sensitivity to the product and brand.
* Minimum professional experience of 5 years in retail, 2 years as Assistant Store Manager in fashion, beauty, accessories or luxury.
* Organized, resourceful and with strong communication skills.
* Experience in team management, coordination and training.
* Leadership to create a friendly and motivating work environment.
* Ability to suggest changes in-store and propose improvements to enhance both experience and commercial results.
* Intermediate to high English proficiency.
