Recognised financial services company with global presence is looking to hire a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to boost their proactive talent strategy
Key Responsabilities
* Design the annual talent acquisition strategy to guarantee the growth plan
* Boost the market positioning against competitors and sector through the right initatives
* Supervise the KPI's of the area to guarantee the goals achievement
* Collaborate with other People areas to boost transversal projects linked to talent acquisition, talent development and talent management matters
* Act as a custodian of the right employee lifecycle in the company to attract and retaint the best talent
* Develop global programs in local actionns
* Relations with external HR advisors
Requirements
* At least 10 years of experience working in global environments with international reports.
* Spanish: Mandatory
* Curiosity and strategic thinking
* Influence and leadership to move forward the initiatives
* Experience managing teams
