Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our Accounting team. This role combines solid accounting expertise with strong analytical capabilities, supporting accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality financial data across the Group. The adecuado candidate is results‑oriented, detail‑driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic and challenging international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and analyze accounting transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations.
- Perform balance sheet and P&L; reconciliations, including clearing open items and identifying discrepancies.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve differences with Group entities and timing differences.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Analyze general ledger accounts and identify discrepancies, variances, or anomalies.
- Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting.
- Provide accounting support and follow up on bookkeeping activities for assigned countries and entities within the Group.
- Participate in accounting process standardization and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, Spanish GAAP).
- Experience working with ERP systems (Navision, SAP, etc.).
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Exposure to international accounting environments or multi‑entity structures.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively under pressure.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work product.
