Are you looking to be part of technical projects in a dynamic, international environment where your organizational and coordination skills truly make an impact? We are looking for a Technical Purchase Officer with experience in technical procurement and a high level of English to join the team.
Location: Barcelona
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days remote)
Contract: Temporary (6 months) with possibility of extension
Salary: €25,000 – €34,000 gross/year (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Create and enter purchase orders for multiple projects.
* Track orders proactively and ensure timely delivery.
* Resolve purchase-related discrepancies and supplier inquiries efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams (IT, Project Execution, Finance) and external suppliers.
* Manage US service renewals.
* Maintain and update the Salesforce database accurately and consistently.
Requirements
* Vocational Training (FP) or Bachelor's degree in IT, Purchasing, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in technical materials (IT, engineering, renewable energy, or industrial sectors).
* Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken is mandatory).
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through mindset.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
* Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
