Position
Nurse (holding the functional title of Project Manager) in the Division of Community Medicine and Public Health Practice, School of Public Health. Ref.:. Commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary term, or a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to project management in a nursing leadership development programme for nursing professionals in Hong Kong.
* Assist in curriculum development, design and planning; monitor learning outcomes of participating nursing fellows.
* Coordinate with institutions and universities providing overseas immersions and clinical visits.
* Facilitate nursing development activities and workshops; organize training sessions and manuals for nursing professionals.
* Track milestones and review knowledge exchanges among fellows; write progress and evaluation reports.
* Handle general administrative and logistical duties; perform other duties as assigned.
* Travel to overseas countries and work on weekends occasionally.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree in relevant areas or in management (preferred).
* Registration with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
* Relevant extensive clinical and training experience.
* Ability to work independently and in a team; good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred).
* Knowledge/experience in teaching, curriculum planning and student advising is an advantage.
