Retail Sales Executive (Full‑time) – Spain
We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in key DIY retail stores across Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Present and promote the SKIL product range in key retail stores across Spain.
* Implement marketing materials and ensure correct in‑store brand visibility.
* Train store staff on SKIL products, features and benefits.
* Present SKIL offers and promotions to store managers.
* Negotiate promotional placements and in‑store visibility.
* Build and develop long‑term relationships with retail partners, especially Leroy Merlin.
* Monitor market trends, competition and store feedback.
* Act as a brand ambassador for SKIL in the Spanish retail market.
Your Profile
* Vocational education or degree in Commerce, Business or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in sales within the hardware, DIY or tools industry.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Entrepreneurial, hands‑on and results‑driven mindset.
* High level of motivation, resilience and “hunter mentality.”
* Conversational English skills (spoken and written).
* Willingness to travel extensively within Spain.
* Previous experience with Key Account Customers is a strong advantage.
