✍️General Responsibilities for the Role
* Contribute to and ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
* Be proactive in proposing improvements related to procedures, applications, systems, or resources.
* Promote initiatives seeking synergies and maximum benefit across areas and departments.
* Be versatile and able to carry out any other duties requested by the direct supervisor related to the role, contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.
* Actively participate in training activities to improve skills and performance.
* Ensure proper compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
* Facilitate the adaptation of new colleagues to their positions.
* Ensure compliance with the crime prevention plan and equality policy, and act in accordance with Facephi’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
* Specific Responsibilities – Pre-Sales Engineer
* Gather and analyze technical requirements for business opportunities.
* Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the business development process.
* Prepare pre-sales deliverables:
* Bid/tender analysis, RFI, RFP
* Draft technical proposals
* Answer technical questionnaires
* Create technical presentations
* Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
* Ensure proper transfer of information to the project delivery team.
* Evaluate our product and that of competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses.
* Technologically assess our IT solutions and those offered to clients, as well as those of competitors.
* Deliver product presentations and support demos.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to client requests.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
