We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence, offering growth opportunities in a diverse and inclusive environment.Your RoleAs a Structural and Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in our Maintenance & Repair Services and Crane Advisory Service Agreement (CASA) projects. Your responsibilities include:
Conducting inspections and QA/QC activities on STS, RTG, RMG, MHC cranes, and other terminal equipment.Ensuring compliance with structural and mechanical standards during manufacturing, assembly, erection, and repair.Managing on-site project execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.Supporting continuous improvement in inspection and M&R processes.Working globally with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking ForEducation:
Vocational/technical education or Bachelor’s degree in structural, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering.Experience:
5–10 years in steel fabrication, welding, mechanical/hydraulic installation, and equipment maintenance.Skills:
Strong knowledge of structural and mechanical systems, ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in MS Office.Languages:
Spanish (mandatory), Portuguese (a plus), and fluent English.Certification:
NDT certification (AWS, ISO 9712, or equivalent) is mandatory.Travel:
