We are seeking a Deployment Engineer to support complex gateway deployment operations and ensure a seamless transition from construction to live network operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering operational excellence across international telecommunications infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will combine technical understanding with strong coordination and documentation capabilities.About the RoleYou will manage deployment documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary technical activities, oversee schedules, and ensure full operational readiness prior to service activation. Acting as a bridge between construction, RF engineering, network operations centers (NOC), and field services teams, you will ensure infrastructure is delivered on time, compliant, and ready for integration into live service environments.Responsibilities
Documentation & Acceptance ReadinessPrepare comprehensive acceptance packages including technical specifications, test results, and compliance documentationMaintain accurate documentation throughout the deployment lifecycleCoordinate configuration validation and acceptance testing activitiesEnsure regulatory, safety, and technical prerequisites are completed for timely activationTechnical Coordination & Deployment TrackingTrack critical technical tasks and identify schedule risks or resource conflictsCoordinate across engineering, construction, NOC, and field services teamsProvide milestone reporting and manage escalationsAlign technical execution with project timelines and delivery baselinesOperational Handover & TransitionValidate completion of commissioning activities before operational handoverConfirm readiness for service activation and monitoring integrationPrepare operational procedures, maintenance schedules, and technical referencesSupport structured knowledge transfer to operational support teamsQuality Assurance & Process ImprovementMonitor compliance with deployment and change management proceduresIdentify documentation or process gaps and support continuous improvement initiativesAssist in developing standardized templates and delivery frameworksParticipate in post-deployment reviews and implement lessons learned Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related technical fieldAssociate degree with relevant experience considered Required Skills
Minimum 2+ years in service delivery, network deployment, or technical project coordinationExperience within telecommunications or connectivity infrastructure environmentsStrong background in documentation control and cross-functional coordinationSpanish and English Professional Proficiency is a must. Understanding of deployment processes and gateway infrastructure systemsExperience with change management and acceptance testing workflowsFamiliarity with configuration management and documentation control systemsKnowledge of service handover and operational transition processes Pay range and compensation package
