What is the challenge?
Your future role
- Plan and coordinate projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and objectives.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and management reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate communication between teams, vendors, and business units.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
- Manage and maintain project documentation and repositories.
- Drive improvements in PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or similar roles
- Good level of English.
- Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Well organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities.
- Leadership skills.
