Rebread, a bread-waste-to-value startup from Poland which provides biotechnology solutions to upcycling surplus bread into functional food and beverage consumer products, contributing to a more sustainable food system, is looking for New Business Development Manager operating from Spain.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and maintaining relationships with current and future clientsInforming customers about the progress of Rebread technology / offer developmentDevelopment of customer inquiries and expectationsInitiating Proof of Concept projects / pilotsRepresenting the company at trade fairs and conferences across EuropeCollaboration with Rebread R&D / NPD and business departmentsRecruitment and development of the sales departmentPreparing market analysesQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industrySales skills, ease in maintaining remote relationshipsVery good knowledge of Spanish and EnglishKnowledge of the startup worldExperience in remote workInterest in circular economyThanks to your involvement, together, we will save more bread from becoming waste
