Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceSeveral years of experience in IAM systems (SailPoint)Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, Azure AD/Entra)Solid ITIL knowledge (change & incident management, security, compliance)Strong scripting skills (Java, PowerShell, Python, or similar)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation integrationUnderstanding of compliance standards (GDPR, GxP, ITIL)Knowledge of API and system integrationsAdvanced English communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with Scrum and tools like Bitbucket, Jira, ConfluencePlus: Test Automation Skills like ToscaWHAT WILL YOU DO? Drive continuous improvement of automated IAM processesBuild audit-ready automation frameworks for identity lifecycleMaintain and enhance scripts and automation frameworks (PowerShell, Python, REST API)Support access certification and compliance campaigns through automationOwn test automation for IAM lifecycle processesDefine and implement automated test cases that deliver compliance evidenceLead initiatives integrating automation into CI/CD pipelinesSet new standards for efficiency and quality in IAM automationRegular travel expected, especially during onboarding (team based in Spain)
