Cloud Solutions Specialist – Danish Speaker*** This Job Opportunity is only offered for candidates living and eligible to work in Spain.Client: BPO Company.Job DescriptionAs a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of development of the solutions.Detailed Duties and Responsibilities- Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline as well as operational metrics.- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought.- Secure new customer wins for a cloud: maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.- Develop knowledge of the cloud’s offerings and leverage all training resources.- Provide technical product overview, offerings and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.- Conduct group and one-on-one training across the centre on subjects of expertise.- Present cloud value propositions that align with customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives.- Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of developments of the solutions.- Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.Targeted Qualifications- Fluency in Danish Language, C1 level or Higher.- Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, preferably in computer science, mathematics or engineering.- Understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value.- Min 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.- Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.- Initiative to independently grow technical knowledge.- Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.- Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions is required.- Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.- A minimum of Fundamentals certification is required, L200 certification is preferred.- Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role.- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology.- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.- Experience in computer science, mathematics or engineering is a bonus.Interpersonal Skills- Communicative, speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.- Interpret, look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfill it.- Confident, pleasant, energetic, helpful, trustworthy.- Efficient, perform tasks in the fastest and simplest ways that they can be done.- Organized and punctual, put things in order so that they run smoothly and are always on time.- Flexible, can carry different responsibilities, sometimes with very little advanced notice.- Listen, pay attention to what others are saying, without daydreaming or judging them.- Precise, make sure that things are done accurately, correctly, and exactly.- Willingness to acquire new knowledge.- Service customers, be friendly, patient, and polite with customers and try your best to service their needs/wants.- Hybrid – Benalmadena or Valencia.- Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 6:00 PM.- Relocation Support.#J-18808-Ljbffr
