What You'll Do
Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Lead the implementation of international sales strategies, ensuring business growth and market penetration
Strengthen Channel Partnerships – Build and expand relationships with existing distributors and identify new partners to maximize market reach
Drive Direct Sales to Key Accounts – Manage and nurture strategic customer relationships, while identifying new business opportunities
Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Gather, analyze, and leverage market intelligence to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry trends
Must-Have Qualifications
Fluency in German – Strong communication skills for international sales and negotiations
Passion for International Sales – A proven track record of successful sales execution and business development
Education & Industry Knowledge – Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in international trade, foreign trade documentation, and global market regulations
Preferred Experience
Background in Security or Smart Building Industries – Experience in these fields gives an edge in understanding market demand
Familiarity with Benchmark Companies – Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Huawei, Lifesmart, or similar industry leaders
Permanent Residency (for Chinese applicants preferred) – Domestic expatriates and native German speakers are welcome
