About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our team and support the adaptation of creative campaigns for various L’Oréal markets across Europe. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to explore the world of brand execution, project management, and creative operations in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Main Responsibilities
Project Administration:
Assist in the opening and monitoring of projects in our internal tools.
Help manage and update Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain status reports across multiple markets.
Support with Fiori and internal platforms related to budget tracking and invoicing.
Market Adaptations: Support the adaptation of global assets for local markets, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials.
Learning & Support: Participate in briefings, reviews, and team meetings to learn about account and project management processes.
What We’re Looking For
Current student or recent graduate in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Administration or related fields.
Organized, responsible, and curious to learn.
A good eye for detail and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Team player attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
