The company is seeking a strategic profile to report directly to the CEO, overseeing the commercial function with a strong focus on proposal management and technical feasibility. /p pb Responsibilities: /b /pulli Proposal Bid Management: Lead the preparation, review, and submission of commercial and technical proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and organizational standards. /lili Commercial Strategy: Analyze commercial terms, pricing strategies, and market competitiveness for each proposal to ensure a competitive outcome. /lili Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between technical teams, commercial teams, and clients, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and client needs. /lili HSE Quality Leadership: Lead the implementation of Quality, Safety, and Environmental policies within the commercial team, allocating necessary resources and participating in safety walkabouts and management reviews. /lili Reporting Improvement: Monitor bid success rates, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to the CEO regarding the bid pipeline, risks, and opportunities. /lili Compliance: Maintain standardized documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and client regulations. /li /ul pb Requirements (M/F/D): /b /pulli Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or a related field. /lili Experience b : /b more than 10 years of professional experience is required. /lili Sector Knowledge: Detailed knowledge and experience in Oil Gas (offshore-subsea) and/or Offshore Wind markets. /lili Proven experience in managing and providing complex bids and proposals. /lili Strong analytical skills to digest complex information and implement sales strategies. Excellent communication skills to present data effectively and negotiate with clients. /lili Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, operations) and provide performance feedback. /lili Full competence in English is mandatory and Spanish. /lili Availability for frequent travel and remote working as needed. /li /ul
