Your Role: We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of key accounts within the cross-border business segment on the Miravia platform. In this role, you will lead strategic seller operations, analyze market dynamics, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive sales performance across multiple product categories. Responsibilities: Negotiate effectively with key sellers to optimize product selection and secure competitive pricing advantages; identify and prioritize seller growth opportunities based on market analysis and product mix assessment; develop insights into market demand and competitor strategies to drive sales performance across various categories. Offer expert guidance to sellers regarding channel operations, covering best practices for utilizing marketing tools and advertising solutions, among other areas. Partner with internal and external teams to create and execute targeted promotional campaigns that enhance the visibility of selected products within the marketplace. Conduct robust analyses of consumer demand for commodities to improve market supply and establish regular product promotions aligned with seasonal trends; leverage consumer insights to adjust our offerings and seller strategies as necessary. Simultaneously oversee multiple innovative business projects, ensuring collaboration with internal and external partners to meet critical deadlines and achieve objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with at least one year of relevant experience in seller operations or as a marketplace manager. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Familiarity with the cross-border e-commerce market in Spain, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of brand operations within an e-commerce framework. Demonstrated success in cultivating commercial relationships with marketplace sellers, adeptness in promotion planning and resource management; excellent communication skills, reflecting an ability to work collaboratively within a team; extensive experience in business negotiation and purchasing, particularly focused on commodities and effective project management.
