X3M is an AdTech company on a mission to revolutionize how mobile app developers monetize their advertising inventory. Founded in 2022, we recently launched Loomit, a platform to manage ad monetization strategy for mobile app developers. It works on top of all major mediation providers and helps clients test and implement advanced setups, compare providers, and incorporate all the benefits of AI granularity in advanced segmentation.
What You’ll Do Develop and grow partnerships with mobile app and game developers in Europe
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach (calls, emails, meetings, events, etc.).
Build long-term relationships by understanding partners’ needs and helping them unlock greater ad revenue with Loomit.
Be the face of X3M in the region—attend events, meet-ups, and maintain a strong presence in the mobile publisher community.
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Tech) to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients. Participate in strategy meetings, growth planning and more.
Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to help shape our local strategy.
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or AdTech sales, business development, or account management.
Deep understanding of the mobile app monetization landscape.
Established and solid networking with mobile publishers and mobile gaming studios in Europe.
A true “doer” mindset—this is a build-from-scratch role with massive potential for impact and growth.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills—you know how to open doors and close deals.
Strong analytical thinking and data fluency—you’re comfortable discussing KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization strategies.
Fluent in English, Spanish a plus.
Based in Europe, with the flexibility to work remotely and travel across the region.
Nice to Have Experience in a high-growth startup or early-stage company.
Passion for mobile apps, gaming, or digital innovation.
Background in digital marketing, AdOps, or publisher monetization teams.
Familiarity with mediation platforms, programmatic advertising, or monetization SDKs.
