We are looking for a Cyber GRC Governance Analyst based in our CGS (Boadilla) office, with at least 3 years of experience in IT security audits .

Your role
We are looking for an Analyst for our GRC department, a key team in our technology ecosystem.
This area is responsible for monitoring the proper development and implementation of the cybersecurity control environment at Grupo Santander entities. We actively collaborate with more than 20 local and global units to coordinate the necessary activities.
Your main tasks will be:
* Definition and monitoring of the implementation of control frameworks to address cybersecurity risks.
* Identification and monitoring of findings and improvements to the group's cybersecurity control frameworks.
* Monitoring and analysis of cybersecurity breaches.
* Analysis of the group's overall cybersecurity controls.
What You’ll Bring
You’re sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments, as well as having an interest in better understanding the risks faced by the Bank. In addition to developing your technical skills, you should also be interested in improving your soft skills.
If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV:
* Knowledge of cybersecurity auditing (internal or external).
* Knowledge of regulatory control models, especially SOX.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity configuration processes and mechanisms (hardening guides, cloud security, access management, etc.)
* Management and collaboration skills with multiple teams.
* Fluent in English.

* Experience in SOX audits.
* Experience evaluating control frameworks.
* Specific training in cybersecurity.
