We are looking for an inspiring leader to take ownership of the commercial organization in Spain, highly motivated to build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team. You will have the backing of a European category leader, access to proven playbooks from our sister markets in France, Italy, and Germany, and the autonomy to shape the Spanish go-to-market from the ground up.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Country Manager Spain and lead our sales team across all segments: solo practitioners, small and mid-size law firms, large firms, corporate legal departments, and public administrations. Your mission will be to turn 's product-market fit into a scalable revenue engine, building the team and the playbook that will consolidate our leadership in the Spanish legal AI market.

What You’ll Do

Own the full commercial number for Spain.

Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Executives, building bench strength as we scale.

Coach your team in the field: join demos, co-build closing strategies, run escalation calls, and raise the bar on prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

Design and iterate on the go-to-market strategy, adapting the sales motion to the specificities of each segment.

Run disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring predictability and visibility for the leadership team.

Shape and uphold a demanding, positive, and results-driven sales culture aligned with 's values.

Be the voice of the Spanish customer: feed market insights and field feedback into Product, Tech, and Marketing.

Collaborate with Sales Teams across the Doctrine group (France, Italy, Germany) to share best practices and leverage group-wide playbooks.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years leading sales teams, ideally in SaaS or technology.

Proven track record of exceeding targets and scaling commercial teams in fast-growth environments.

Strong coaching and people development instincts: you get energy from making your team better, not just from closing deals yourself.

Analytical rigor: you run your team with data, forecast accurately, and know your funnel conversion metrics by heart.

Ownership mindset: ability to self-manage, build from scratch, and focus on results.

Fluency in English (mandatory). Proficiency in other languages is a plus, especially French.

Ambition and motivation to build something category-defining and contribute to 's next stage of growth.

Interest in AI and its impact on the world.

Experience scaling a commercial team from early-stage to scale-up.

(Optional) Legal background or experience in the legal sector.

(Optional) Network of contacts in law firms, consultancies, or corporate legal teams.

What We Offer

Base gross salary: 50.000€.

Performance-based variable compensation: uncapped variable tied to team performance.
