Job Description:
We are looking for a Radio Optimization Consultant with extensive technical and strategic experience to lead projects focused on validating and optimizing mobile networks. This role requires strong expertise in Nokia and/or Ericsson network solutions, specialization in radio access technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, NR), and advanced skills in analysis and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and adaptable to technological challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consulting and Strategy:
1. Provide expert advice on radio access technologies and industry best practices.
2. Design and implement optimization strategies for new site deployments, swaps, and capacity expansions.
3. Identify areas for improvement in mobile networks and propose innovative, customized solutions.
4. Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
2. Optimization and Technical Analysis:
1. Conduct advanced performance analysis and optimization of VoLTE, LTE/NR, and network capacity.
2. Configure and fine-tune handover parameters, frequencies, neighbors, power, and load balancing.
3. Utilize advanced tools such as Assistant, TIMS, XCAL, and OSS platforms for data monitoring and analysis.
4. Validate and deploy new features and technologies in radio networks.
3. Quality Assurance:
1. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and project objectives.
2. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
1. MSc or BSc in Telecommunications Engineering.
2. Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Advanced analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
4. Ability to effectively plan and organize projects.
5. High-level English proficiency.
