In this role you will support the expansion of Wolters Kluwer’s Clinical Effectiveness offerings across EMEA. You work closely with local and global teams to translate data into actionable growth plans and sales acceleration. You will develop and monitor KPI-driven processes, standardize workflows, and guide change management to boost sales coaching and performance. This is an analyst-led, cross-functional position with a clear impact on revenue and market reach, framed by a collaborative, global culture.

• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify monetizable opportunities
• Support GTM planning and leadership meetings with data-driven insights
• Define and maintain KPI scorecards for sales productivity and performance
• Standardize processes for key accounts and must-win opportunities

• Assist in marketing forecasts, cost estimates, pricing studies, and budgets

• Cross-cultural work experience
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other EMEA languages desirable
• Solid CRM and analytics understanding; familiarity
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Word and PowerPoint
• MBA in a top business school is highly valued
• Willingness to travel ~20%
