We are looking for a Front Office Agent Danish/Swedish to join our team!Providing operational support in Front Office activities, including administrative and accounting tasks in SAP. Focused on delivering high-quality service to clients and suppliers, managing incidences, and ensuring timely resolution within the SSC scope.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Supplier Interaction
Handling incoming calls from clients and suppliers (~20 calls/day)Redirecting calls to satisfaction surveys (target: ≥50% participation, ≥4.3/5 satisfaction)Managing and resolving emails from clients and suppliers Incident Management
Handling AP/AR and MPC-related incidences (via email, phone & e-ticketing)Monitoring and resolving tickets via Phone-Ticket tool (within 48h SLA) SAP & Administrative Tasks
Creation and update of supplier accounts in SAP (via e-ticketing – 48h SLA)Management of rejected invoices (within 24h)Performing accounting analysis of client and supplier accounts Collections & Financial Follow-up
Managing dunning processes and legal casesExecuting dunning activities via CoficoPerforming collection calls for outstanding debts Additional ResponsibilitiesSupporting operations during holidays when required (with TL approval) QualificationsEducationDegree in Business Administration, Tourism, or similar IT Skills
Basic knowledge of SAP (FI)Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Languages
