About the role :
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to oversee acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across paid and unpaid channels, and collaborate with Product on conversion optimization.
This role focuses on all of Dribbble's offerings, especially accelerating growth in our marketplace for services, the fastest-growing part of our business.
Success in this role requires prioritization, effective communication, and rapid execution. Our team is talented and committed, with tens of millions of users and over 100M visitors annually, offering an entrepreneurial growth marketer a significant impact.
You will be an individual contributor reporting directly to Dribbble's CEO.
Responsibilities include :
* Executing full-funnel acquisition campaigns across paid (Search, Social) and non-paid (Email) channels.
* Using Dribbble's advertising and merchandising features to boost website conversion.
* Partnering with Product to optimize conversion funnels for various offerings.
* Collaborating with Sales for sales-assisted offerings.
* Promoting user adoption of new features with Product.
* Applying 5-7 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in early-stage, product-led tech companies.
* Hands-on experience with performance marketing campaigns, especially Paid Search.
* Ability to analyze data with SQL, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT or similar tools.
* Experience working with Product to enhance user experience, including using no-code tools like Webflow or Framer for landing pages.
* A versatile, resourceful, and independent mindset.
* Commitment to high-quality, detailed work, coupled with humor, humility, and approachability.
