Senior professional Project Manager, responsible for the delivery of multiple Hospitality Real Estate projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
1. Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives
2. Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing, and maintaining customer relationships
3. Delivering high-quality services and deliverables, ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements
4. Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent, or project manager
5. Acting as the primary point of contact between the owner and project teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and facilitating effective collaboration among project stakeholders
6. Producing and presenting to customers
7. Preparing bids for services
8. Managing service delivery for profit
9. Coaching and encouraging employees to help them develop their full potential
10. Identifying new business development opportunities and driving business growth within the business unit
11. Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; particularly those that might impact Gleeds' professional indemnity (PI) insurance

About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for :
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* Sound experience managing construction projects as a project management consultant, owner representative, or from the property owner's perspective
* Recent experience in the Hospitality sector (construction-related) in Spain
* Excellent knowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sector
* Clear understanding of legislation impacting building contracts
* Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
* Methodical approach to work
* Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, financial, and numeracy skills
* Proficiency in ICT, with high skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work as part of a team and manage teams
* Proficiency in Spanish and English
* Eligible to work in Spain
Qualifications
* B.S. in Building Engineering, Architecture, or similar
