This is a build, grow, and lead mission to establish our presence in the Spanish market with support from an established international recruitment group.Responsibilities Winning clientsBuilding partnershipsLaying the commercial foundationsScaling into a local teamThis is not a "maintain and operate" role.This is a build, grow, and lead mission.What You'll Be Doing Business Development & Market Entry Identify and win new clients across target industries (Tech, Non-Tech, Hospitality, etc.)Build a strong local network of decision-makers (Founders, HR Leaders, Hiring Managers)Drive end-to-end sales cycles: outreach → meetings → negotiation → closingPosition HireHero / WorkEthix as a premium recruitment partner in SpainMarket Strategy & Positioning Act as our local market expert, advising on pricing strategies, competitive landscape, go-to-market approachLocalize our offering to fit Spanish market dynamicsDelivery Coordination Act as the bridge between clients and our delivery teams in AthensEnsure high-quality execution and strong client satisfactionMaintain ownership of key accountsTeam Building (Phase 2) Identify and help hire the first local recruiters / consultantsContribute to building a high-performance local teamTransition into a leadership role as the business scalesWhat We're Looking For Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Recruitment (agency or B2B services)Strong network or ability to open doors fast in SpainEntrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not an employeeComfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environmentsTrack record of closing deals and generating revenueFluent in Spanish & EnglishBonus Experience in recruitment or talent solutionsPreviously involved in market launches or scaling teamsWhat's In It For You Freelance / contractor setup with strong earning potential (success-driven model)Opportunity to build and own a marketDirect exposure to founders and decision-makingClear path to: Country Director – SpainThis is not just another role.
