Your Role at Weekendesk As an Account Manager Assistant, you'll team up with our Account Managers to oversee a portfolio of around 200 hotels. You’ll help us ensure that our partners have their best offers live on our platform. Here’s what your daily responsibilities will look like: Being in daily contact with partners by phone and email Assisting the accounts managers who are responsibles for the sales of more or less 200 hotels in each portfolio Being responsible for the availabilities of the hotel, the main objective is to always have product available, and everyday Checking the competitiveness of the rates compared with the competitors and will be in charge of the prices update Helping the accounts managers with putting new deals online and improve the content/pictures of existing deals (content update) Working together with the Marketing Department to do quality and price checks on the website Working together with the Distribution Department to find new offers to push with all our distributors partners Managing accounts and be responsible for their needs.
