Accountabilities
* Lead the creation and evolution of design systems, art guidelines, and visual standards across projects
* Develop engaging creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branded materials
* Ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs, adhering to established brand guidelines and templates
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals
* Design and produce corporate merchandise, event visuals, booths, and branded environments
* Analyze and improve design workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders
Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
* Solid understanding of composition, layout, typography, and color theory
* Proven experience designing for social media, presentations, infographics, and branded merchandise
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
