Sales Manager / Team Lead – DACH Region
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)
Salary: €100k OTE (60/40)

What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and scale a top-performing sales team for the DACH market
- Own and exceed both individual and team targets—leading by example
- Drive net-new revenue across SMB, mid-market, and commercial segments
- Use data to refine strategy, improve forecasting, and optimise pipeline performance
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous feedback, and ongoing development
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity or fast-growth environment
- Experience leading and coaching sales teams while still delivering strong personal results
- Deep knowledge of the DACH market and fluency in German and English
- Strong outbound sales skills with the ability to own complex deals end-to-end
