Position Overview:

As a French Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our brand for French-speaking customers. Your mission will be to provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure our clients feel valued and supported. Whether you are responding to inquiries, assisting with troubleshooting, or providing information, your role will directly contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences. With a hybrid work option, you'll get the perfect balance of flexibility and in-person collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from French-speaking customers, assisting them with a variety of inquiries, issues, and requests related to our products and services.

* Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing clear and effective solutions, aiming for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.

* Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and ensure customers get the best support.

* Customer Care: Build strong relationships with our customers, showing empathy and professionalism, while delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

* Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions in our CRM system and track issues to ensure follow-up and resolution.

* Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate departments.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different departments to share insights, improve processes, and ensure smooth service delivery.


Requirements:

* Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.

* Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international teams.

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.

* Strong communication skills, with a passion for helping people and resolving their concerns.

* Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* A positive and friendly attitude, even when dealing with challenging situations.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Nice-to-Haves:

* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).

* Basic knowledge of customer service techniques and best practices.

* Familiarity with different customer service channels (email, chat, social media).
