Main Responsibilities brSet up and prepare service operations according to standards. brFollow ordering procedures and manage stock control. brImplement HACCP standards and product control across sections. brEnsure consistent quality and contribute with innovative ideas. brWork closely with students and instructors, providing support and feedback. brMake recommendations on food and wine pairings. brDeliver impeccable service, ensuring guests' expectations are exceeded. brPresent menu items knowledgeably and accommodate dietary needs. brMaintain clean table settings and a tidy dining environment. brCollaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. brHandle guest feedback professionally and promptly. brContribute to a positive, collaborative and value-driven work environment. brFlexibility to work weekends and holidays with a professional and positive attitude.
