About the Position
As a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to Dutch-speaking businesses, supporting them in enhancing the performance of their online advertising initiatives. In this role, you will help clients achieve their marketing objectives while contributing to business growth across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute tailored digital advertising solutions based on client needs and goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone calls, video meetings, and email communication.
- Consistently meet sales objectives while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and support.
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch proficiency (minimum C1 level) and strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience (6–12 months preferred) in digital advertising, PPC management, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, technology, and online advertising trends.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: €24,310 – €30,000 per year (based on experience)
- Sales bonus package: Up to €3,000 - €4,290 per year
- Relocation assistance, including airfare, accommodation for the first month, and support with private health insurance.
