The Role
As a Lifestyle Manager / Concierge, you will support Danish-speaking members by managing travel and lifestyle requests and delivering highly personalized service.
You will work as part of the Nordic team while collaborating with colleagues across international teams when additional support is required.
Responsibilities include:
* Curating bespoke travel itineraries and lifestyle experiences for high-net-worth members
* Managing requests related to travel, dining, events, and cultural experiences
* Building strong relationships with global suppliers, partners, and service providers
* Handling member inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and efficiency
* Delivering exceptional customer service while managing multiple requests simultaneously
* Identifying opportunities to promote premium travel and lifestyle services
* Ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of service excellence
Requirements
Professional-level Danish language skills (C2), written and spoken
Minimum two years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Hospitality
* Luxury retail
* Concierge services
* Travel or leisure
* Customer service or call center environments
Experience within luxury travel, hotels and resorts, VIP concierge services, or travel agencies is highly advantageous.
Additional requirements include:
* Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment
* Passion for travel, lifestyle experiences, gastronomy, events, and culture
* Service-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
* Commercial awareness and confidence promoting premium services
* Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is desirable, although strong luxury customer service experience may also be considered.
