This role goes beyond traditional HR;
you will act as a strategic bridge between the People function, our Product development, and Client engagement. You will serve as a confidential trusted advisor to leadership, structuring efficient processes and leading key strategic projects to scale our business model while keeping the team aligned, transparent, and focused on impact.Job FunctionsPeople Strategy & Culture- Strategic Partnership: Partner with the CEO and leadership to design organization structure, acting as a confidential advisor on sensitive topics and business alignment.- Business & Product Integration: Bridge the gap between HR and Business by collaborating with Product (feedback on HR tech) and supporting Sales (client meetings/proposals).- Project Leadership: Kick-off and lead strategic initiatives (e.G., People Tech integration), defining roadmaps and OKRs to ensure scalability. AI is out there and we need to use it wisely, you will be passionate about it and a natural evangelist.Talent & Development- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruiting to attract top talent, defining a magnetic Employer Value Proposition (EVP), incredible onboarding processes and making time-to productivity a real success. Beating recruitment KPIS in speed, candidate value and cost in with the headhunting team.- Performance & Growth: Design L&D plans, career paths, and execute robust Performance Review cycles to drive a high-performance culture. Benchmark best tech to do this.- Skill Building: Identify training needs and implement development programs that align with company goals.Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations- Comp & Policy: Manage salary benchmarking, ESOP implementation, and internal playbooks (e.G., remote work, compliance).- Benefits Management: Negotiate and manage benefit providers (health, wellbeing) to ensure a competitive package.- Ops & Logistics: Oversee payroll, contracts, and labor relations (with advisors) while managing occasionally executive travel logistics and/or itineraries.Employee Experience- Lifecycle Management: Own the journey from "Hello" to "Goodbye," ensuring seamless onboarding and professional offboarding (including exit interviews).- Events & Community: Champion team spirit by organizing impactful events (End-of-Year parties, offsites);
managing all logistics,venues, and catering.- Engagement: Lead Internal Comms to ensure transparency and measure sentiment (eNPS) to continuously improve the work environmentSkill Requirements- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, ideally in a tech/startup environment.- Project Management: Proven ability to define roadmaps and lead strategic projects from kick-off to execution.- Commercial & Product Awareness: Comfortable interacting with Product teams to give feedback and joining customer meetings to support proposals.- Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with a track record of structuring unstructured processes and documentation.- Communication: Exceptional ability to manage internal comms and handle confidential topics with discretion and empathy.- Knowledge of Spanish labor law and experience with payroll/HR admin.- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).Cultural FitIf you are collaborative, transparent, flexible and business-oriented, you will thrive here.
