 
        
        International yacht refit company Marine NanoTech, looking for a Palma-based Backoffice Sales person (Account Manager) with experience. 
Must be able to start as soon as possible and be **self employed (autónomo basis)** 
Job duties include but are not limited to: 
- daily proactive account and lead management (taking care of existing as well as new clients) 
- comprehensive database management; 
- ongoing sales support (liaising with senior account manager and sales reps) 
- business development (e.g. sourcing new leads and promoting the products and services to new clients on a daily basis as well as at events and trade shows, if required); 
- other administrative tasks as required 
- preferably live in or around Palma de Mallorca; 
- be independent, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, reliable and efficient; 
- have strong communication and "people" skills 
- have a business-oriented mindset and a talent for negotiation; 
- speak fluent English a must: (Spanish and any other languages are an added plus); 
- be able and willing to occasionally travel within the EU and to the US (Florida), if required

- Hybrid working: remote working 3 days a week. Tuesday and Thursday office based.
