You’ll be responsible for supporting the CSP & Marketing Home Care Manager in the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) Strategy for the Home Care brands, to meet company goals. We invite you to be part of something bigger.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• The translation of the BVP into the Brand Marketing Plan (BMP). Brand Marketing Plan • To develop and deploy the brand marketing plan by assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule. • Leads adaptation of brand communication assets, BTL media plan (Social, Influencer Marketing & PR) and delivers disruptive and innovative brand projects. • Collaborate with the Spain CSP&Marketing; HC Lead to define the short, medium, and long-term strategy for the company's brands within the assigned category. • Set, analyze, and post-evaluate KPIs to measure and assess the results of the defined strategy and activation plans. • Define and control the brand activation plan, aligned with the brand strategy. • Analyze and monitor the HC market, identifying key players, pillars, and activation levers crucial for market growth. • Collaborate with key suppliers to activate previously defined plans: design agencies, printers, direct marketing agencies, etc. • Define and conduct market studies necessary to formulate the new category strategy. • Responible for the brand and competitors’ performance analysis (sell in & sell out analysis) by evaluating support activi
