In this role, you will lead a team of internal and external experts and serve as the key interface between IT and business functions. Reporting to the Head of SAP, this position plays a central role in defining and executing the roadmap for all SAP ERP systems and related SaaS platforms across Fresenius Kabi.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a global team across SAP ERP, Spend Management, and Backoffice SolutionsAct as a central point of contact for business counterparts and Business Relationship ManagersGovern initiatives and manage escalations related to SAP ERP and related platformsOversee solution design and estimation, including review and approval of proposalsAlign IT delivery with business priorities, project goals, and key deliverablesConduct resource and capacity planning;
manage onboarding/offboarding and external partnersDrive coordination between SAP functional teams and other IT areas (e.G., Basis, Infrastructure)Partner with senior leadership to contribute to business objectives and long-term planningEnsure compliance by collaborating with Quality, Validation, and Audit teamsScale SAP and partner solutions in alignment with business needsDefine and manage the application and services portfolioDrive operational excellence and cost optimization initiativesGovern project delivery from design to go-live, ensuring quality and timelinessManage budgets and financial performance of the areaConduct regular performance reviews, coach team members, and support professional development
Your Profile
10+ years of experience in IT management, with deep SAP ERP system expertise (implementation and operations)Proven leadership of large-scale programs and cross-functional teams in complex global settingsStrong expertise in SaaS-based Spend Management and Backoffice solutions (e.G., Ariba, Taulia, Blackline, OpenText VIM)Demonstrated experience in portfolio management and harmonization across multinational organizationsExperience in the pharmaceutical or validated environments is a plusHigh cultural and political sensitivity;
adept at navigating matrix organizations and managing global stakeholdersExcellent understanding of SAP ERP and related engagement/delivery modelsStrategic thinker with strong analytical skills and financial acumenAble to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versaStrong communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skillsFluent in English, both spoken and writtenProactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative leadership styleWillingness to travel occasionally
