Commercial Director
to join a Leading Logistics and Supply Chain group with operations across Spain and international markets. This strategic position is designed for a senior Commercial Director with a strong analytical market mindset, proven experience in driving commercial growth, and the ability to lead high-performing sales teams in complex environments.FunctionsDefine and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with the company's board and executive leadership.Lead national and international expansion initiatives, including market penetration and integration of new business units.Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary commercial team, aligning efforts with business objectives and KPIs.Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and public institutions.Oversee negotiation of high-impact contracts and strategic alliances.Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure commercial excellence and customer satisfaction.Candidate profile5+ years experience in commercial leadership roles within industrial, logistics, or supply chain sectors. Experience in multinational environments is highly valued.Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, negotiation, leadership, and team development.Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory);
