Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including commercial contracts (NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.), agreements, internal policies, and corporate acts- Participating in negotiations with suppliers, clients, partners, and contractors on legal matters- Providing legal advice to internal teams (HR, Sales, Finance, etc.) within the company- Analyzing legislation that affects the company’s activities and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations- Monitoring legislative changes, particularly in IT law, data protection, intellectual property, tax and commercial law- Understanding of federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements in the United States- A solid grasp of the processes and standards required for SOC 2 compliance preparation- Developing recommendations to optimize business processes from a legal perspectiveRequirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the IT sector or legal consulting- Strong knowledge of IT law, including data protection, intellectual property, and contract law- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing documents such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, agreements, and internal policies- Successful experience in negotiations with suppliers, clients, partners, and contractors- Excellent academic credentials in IT law- Fluency in English, both written and spoken- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time management abilities, and the capacity to handle large volumes of information- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and adapt quickly to changesWe Offer:
