The Plasma Strategy Analyst plays a key role in supporting the execution of Grifols’ Plasma Procurement division’s strategic agenda across six core mandates: strategic projects, competitive strategy, footprint optimization, strategy execution, strategic planning and chief of staff support.
This role is key in enabling effective decision‑making, ensuring governance discipline and providing analytical and strategic insights to guide Plasma Procurement’s long‑term direction.
What your responsibilities will be
* Conduct analyses and projects that address key business challenges and opportunities to support the Division’s strategic priorities
* Scope and structure problem statements, gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
* Prepare concise executive deliverables summarizing insights, scenarios and proposed actions to facilitate informed decision‑making
* Analyze industry trends and competitor performance to benchmark the Grifols Plasma positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation
* Support the assessment and optimization of the plasma collection network to ensure an efficient and cost‑effective footprint aligned with supply & demand scenarios
* Analyze site performance to identify opportunities for expansion, relocation, or consolidation
* Provide data and recommendations that guide long‑term footprint and investment decisions
* Provide oversight of the entire project portfolio within the Plasma area, identify and analyze gaps between current performance and long‑term goals, proposing and following up on corrective actions to close these gaps
* Support the preparation of materials, reports, and analyses for the Plasma President
* Support in the preparation of presentations to Grifols top management
Who you are
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field
* Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure and synthesize complex information
* Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce clear and impactful executive materials
* Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic planning and execution processes
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional and international environment
* Advanced English and Spanish.
