ZimVie is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Valencia. In this position, your mission will be to ensure best-in-class administration of Finance activities in Operations, in compliance with business and legal requirements, with the highest standards of quality and integrity. This position will report directly to our local Operations Finance Manager in Valencia.**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Finance Assistant, your main functions will be:
- Ensure accurate posting of invoices.- Manage requests for the creation and modification of suppliers.- Prepare accounting entries.- Manage and administer travel and subsistence expenses.- Perform reconciliation of accounting balances with auxiliary accounts, as well as reconciliation balances of group companies.- Calculate and account provisions for expenses and inventory depreciation.- Control transportation expenses.- Accomplish the treasury and taxes management.**Education/Experience Requirements For This Role**:
- Relevant education and professional experience in a similar position, especially in a manufacturing industry and multinational environment.- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, both verbal and written.- Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office (Excel), as well as ERP SAP and Oracle;
Oracle Cloud and Power BI are desirable.- Strong orientation to results and details, maintaining the highest levels of integrity, honesty and trustworthiness in functions and tasks under responsibility.- Ability to communicate to different levels in the organization, as well as to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a “win-win” and cooperative approach, establishing positive partnerships and relationships.**What Competences You’ll Need**:
