This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in our office in Barcelona and 2 days working from home. We are looking for a Functional CRM Consultant to join our growing team in Barcelona. This is a client‑facing role where you will combine consulting expertise, leadership, and project management to deliver high‑quality CRM implementations across a variety of industries. If you enjoy ownership, working directly with clients, and leading CRM projects from start to finish, this role offers the perfect balance of strategy and hands‑on delivery.Mission
You will lead the end‑to‑end CRM implementation lifecycle for new clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget—while maintaining exceptional quality and stakeholder satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted CRM advisor for external clients, leading workshops and translating business needs into effective CRM solutionsServe as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycleLead CRM implementation and evolutionary projects end to end, from planning to successful closureGather and document requirements, create project plans, and coordinate tasks across internal teams and external partnersMonitor project progress, manage risks, and present clear updates to stakeholdersConfigure CRM solutions, design dashboards and reports, and ensure functional quality through testing and validationMaintain project and client documentation and provide post‑implementation functional supportQualificationsExperience in functional CRM consulting and client‑facing project managementStrong knowledge of CRM systems and business processesProven ability to manage projects end‑to‑endSolid requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsClear communicator with a structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindsetFamiliarity with Project Office or task management toolsBenefits
