We’re now looking for a Sales Manager (B2B & Retail) to play a key role in our growth and expansion
Location: Barcelona city center (on-site)
Contract: Permanent
Your mission
Drive the company’s commercial growth by developing existing clients and opening new business opportunities, both nationally and internationally.
What will you be doing?
· Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B, retail and key accounts
· Identify new business opportunities and open new markets
· Prepare commercial offers and manage orders end-to-end
· Negotiate agreements and close deals with a long-term relationship mindset
· Maintain close contact with distributors and strategic clients
· Attend domestic and international trade fairs
· Collaborate closely with marketing, design and operations, sharing market feedback and trends
What are we looking for?
· University degree (Business Administration, International Business or similar)
· 5–10 years of experience in commercial roles (retail experience is a strong plus)
· Bilingual Spanish & Catalan + high level of English (other languages are a plus)
· Proactive, well-organized and results-driven profile
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Genuine interest in sustainability, design and purpose-driven projects
