Ecofiltro Europe is expanding its commercial presence across multiple European markets. We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Key Account Manager – European Market to manage and grow strategic client relationships while driving revenue.
This role requires a strong combination of account management expertise, hands-on sales execution, and market insight to support Ecofiltro Europe's growth across Europe.
Role Overview
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients across European markets, developing long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
You will oversee the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing deals, while ensuring excellent customer experience and strong account retention. This role requires a proactive, consultative, and structured approach, with clear ownership of commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the European market.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for all commercial and account-related matters.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying opportunities to closing contracts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure profitable deal structures.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with company commercial objectives.
- Analyze account performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics in Europe.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, Holded, etc.).
- Prepare regular account performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Present account updates, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
What You Must Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven experience managing clients in the European market.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one additional European language.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
What Is a Plus
- Experience in account management within consumer goods, retail, sustainability, or lifestyle sectors.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles across multiple European markets.
