This role will support the evolution of Mango’s talen t, organization, and culture agenda, contributing to projects that strengthen organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes and new ways of working across the company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Drive and contribute to key Talent & Organization projects, ensuring high-quality execution, strong stakeholder alignment and timely delivery. Manage projects end-to-end, from framing and planning to implementation, follow-up and continuous improvement. Contribute to the design and evolution of frameworks, processes and initiatives focused on high performer development, leadership and top management talent, culture, and broader Talent & Organization transformation topics. Support the design and deployment of culture initiatives that strengthen leadership, reinforce desired behaviors and ways of working, and contribute to organizational transformation. Support the definition and execution of change management plans associated with key Talent & Organization initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, alignment and effective adoption. Partner with people and business stakeholders to understand priorities, gather input and support the development of impactful people solutions. Translate business needs and organizational challenges into structured proposals, presentations and action plans. Prepare clear, compelling and high-quality materials for different audiences, including senior leadership, governance bodies and decision-making forums. Analyze talent and organizational data to generate insights, identify trends and support decision-making. Monitor relevant KPIs and help translate data into practical recommendations and follow-up actions. Contribute to the evolution of talent processes, helping identify improvement opportunities and ensuring consistency and effectiveness in execution. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, digital tools and transformation levers to improve Talent & Organization processes, decision- making and user experience. Bring structure, critical thinking and an external perspective to ongoing projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our Talent & Organization practices. Collaborate closely with the Talent & Organization team to support priorities across the function. ABOUT YOU 4 years of experience in consulting is, ideally in projects related to organization, transformation, culture, change management or people strategy. Strong experience in structuring projects and transforming ambiguous challenges into clear approaches, deliverables and recommendations. Strong business understanding, with the ability to understand organizational priorities, connect people topics to business impact and adapt solutions to a dynamic retail environment. Solid change management capabilities, with experience supporting adoption, stakeholder engagement and communication in transformation initiatives. Solid stakeholder management skills and confidence working with different levels of the organization. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to prepare impactful presentations and messages for senior stakeholders. Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to extract insights from data and connect them to business and people implications. High level of ownership, autonomy and organization, with strong attention to detail and execution quality. Interest in AI, digital enablement and transformation, with the ability to identify practical applications in people processes. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Fluent English, both written and spoken. University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields. Interest in fashion and sensitivity to the dynamics of a creative, fast- paced and customer-oriented business environment are highly valued.
