Typical schedule (indicative)
Part-time in winter hours: Tuesday to Friday 10:*****:00 and alternate weekends; Saturdays 10:*****:30; Sundays 10:*****:00.
Salary
€21,806 gross per year (on a full-time basis; the portion corresponding to 70% of the part-time schedule should be calculated).
What you will do
Execute didactic activities, visits and supplementary activities planned in the program, addressed to school groups, families and other audiences.
Anticipate possible incidents and notify the involved bodies or people in case of cancellation, delay or changes affecting the visit to the facility.
Provide promotional material to participants as applicable.
Support the dissemination and promotion of educational activities and guided visits, in person, at the moment of the activity, virtually or via social networks, following established criteria and guidelines.
Support visitor services as required by the programming.
Attend to auxiliary tasks for the smooth operation of the facility's activities.
Assess the service and propose improvements to content, schedules and activities to improve offerings.
Inform coordinators and responsible parties of any incidents in the delivery of activities.
Take on tasks assigned by the Municipal Emergency Plan.
Act according to this plan or as established in any emergency situation, considering organization and evacuation control.
Support coordination in specified tasks.
What we are looking for
Outgoing and dynamic person with an open character and teamwork skills; responsible with versátil hours.
University degree in scientific, technical or humanities disciplines.
Level C1 Catalan.
Certificate Level B1 English.
Previous experience in similar roles is essential.
*A certificate of criminal background for sexual nature will be required to start work.
