The role of IT Business Partner within the Corporate Strategy & Transformation Team focuses on shaping the future of vehicle operations and mobility models across markets and brands.
Your Mission:
* Become a strategic partner for our Mobility & Vehicle Operations units, bridging business needs with scalable IT solutions.
* Lead key transformation initiatives, ensure smooth rollouts, promote local adoption, and continuously improve our processes and tools.
Main Functions / Responsibilities:
* Act as the business partner for Mobility & Vehicle Operations units, ensuring alignment between strategies and IT solutions.
* Serve as the reference point for the business team regarding project status and scope.
* Lead the implementation and rollout of the vehicle operations and mobility operating model across new markets and brands.
* Enhance existing processes and tools, adding functionalities and efficiencies.
* Ensure internal tool adoption by local teams.
* Conduct GAP analysis, define processes, and design solutions, collaborating with business teams, Strategy & Transformation, and vendors.
* Manage risks and scope changes, facilitating smooth project adoption and change management.
* Provide regular updates to management and communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders.
* Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality execution.
* Facilitate integration with third parties (e.g., vehicle logistics providers) for seamless data flow.
* Work with the Application Maintenance team to deploy fixes and improvements according to SLAs.
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
* We seek a passionate professional with strategic vision and hands-on expertise.
* 5+ years in automotive, mobility, distribution, or consumer goods industries, with deep knowledge of vehicle operations and supply chain processes.
* At least 3 years of experience with SAP (MM, SD, VMS modules) and understanding of SAP-FI. Salesforce experience is a plus.
* Proven track record in leading international ERP implementations, covering process definition, GAP analysis, design, testing, training, data migration, and cutover.
* A degree in Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with confidence in communicating globally.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for stakeholders.
