Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Insurance Offer

* we equip our Sales team with tools to craft these offers, price them, and contractualize them in one go. We also power our self-serve subscription flow.
* Over time, we manage our contract lifecycles, making sure they are always up-to-date in terms of legal requirements and responsible consumption best practices, and at equilibrium in terms of loss ratio.
* Alan's claim engine, billing system and many other part of our stack relies on the offers we build to deliver a pristine experience to our members.
đ What you'll build and who youâll work with
* Next-Gen Healthcare Framework: 4 countries (and more to come), multiple products (Insurance but also several other healthcare products) but one system. Come build the contract & service stack that will power Alanâs growth for the next 10 years.
* AI-powered Acquisition Engine: Sales teams are autonomous & assisted by AI to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real-time. No need for actuaries, no more waiting days for quotes.
* Automated Renewal System: Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.

* 3+ years building scalable backend systems
