With your contribution we can help shape the future of renewable energy.**Your responsibilities**:- Provide first level support on HR processes, policies and practices in the areas of:- HR Operations, including international assignments.- HR Governance, including corporate policies and industrial relations. - Talent Acquisition and Management, including employer branding.- HR Analytics.- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies and practices in Spain.- Act as a point of contact for ENERCON employees in Spain**Your profile**:- Highly reliable and with strong job ownership.- People and processes oriented.- Open minded and problem solving attitudes.- Willingness and initiative to learn and to actively contribute.- Educational background in the areas of human resources, labour law, psychology.- Experience abroad or in a multicultural environment is an asset. Advanced English is a must.- IT skilled (MS office environment).
